We were so impressed with the wonderful staff who helped us with transportation and bike rentals. the rooms were cleaned regularly and the breakfast was delicious. the personal touch of being cooked a meal by the hosts on our last day was a lovely surprise. Without a doubt, the best stay we've had in Vietnam. Cons: Nothing to mention.

The villa itself was stunning, with a beautifully maintained exterior, including a refreshing swimming pool and lush garden area. Our room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options were delicious, offering a choice between traditional Vietnamese cuisine and classic Western dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary bikes provided by the hotel, allowing us to explore the quieter surroundings, including nearby rice fields. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the bustling Old Town and the picturesque beach. our experience at Palmy Villa was exceptional and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area with easy access to the city center either by taxi or by borrowing one of the hotel's bicycles. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added advantage of a big pool to relax in. the friendly staff are always willing to assist and the breakfast offers a satisfying selection of fresh fruit, eggs, and tea.

The wifi and 4G signal can be somewhat unreliable, which might pose a problem for those needing a strong connection for work or calls.

Hoi An Palmy Villa is a hidden gem with friendly staff and great facilities. The large rooms and big pool make for a comfortable stay. The location near Ba Le market allows easy access to Old Town, the beaches, and the rice fields. As adventure travelers, we loved the option to rent bikes and the proximity to various attractions. The free traditional Vietnamese meal for long-staying guests was a delightful touch.

Absolutely perfect. From arrival to check out the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They provided free breakfast when we arrived 6 hours prior to check in time. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfy. The shower was hot and powerful. The free bikes were decent quality and the hotel is only a 10 minute ride from the old town. The staff did not stop polishing and cleaning the hotel during our stay and it was spotless! Best omelette in Vietnam for breakfast and chatty helpful staff. Beautiful hotel in a peaceful area. Brand new, modern and stylish hotel, roughly 3 kms from the center of. The excellent staff made our stay very pleasant from arrival to departure. We stayed 5 nights in this property so we got to evaluate it thoroughly. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with large bathrooms and balconies. The large flat-screen TV and silent air conditioning made it even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was excellent and the cleaning staff very efficient. Breakfast was outstanding, with ample choice of fresh fruit, bread and condiments but also soups and made to order eggs / pancakes. Having eaten in quite a few local restaurants in town, we can honestly report that the lunch / dinner menu is better than most restaurants in town. In the end, we planned on enjoying meals in the hotel as it was tastier and better value than the alternative eateries in town. The pool area was very nice as well, just don't expect a cool refreshing dive as the water is very warm indeed. The hotel staff are the most welcoming and happy to help with whatever is needed, very clean rooms, lovely pool. 10 mins away from town on bike and taxi 5 mins.

I chose Palmy Villa solely to visit Hoi An Cathedral, which was just a short distance away. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour reception service that was offered. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor downside was that the hotel was a bit far from the old town for walking. However, it was conveniently close to cycling paths that took you through beautiful rice paddies, providing a scenic alternative to reaching the town.

Rooms massive, modern, comfortable. Pool dream, ample sunbeds. Food fresh, delicious, large portions. Staff super friendly, knowledgeable. Owners welcoming. Airport transfer well priced, effortless. Bikes available to borrow. Laundry service very cheap.

We also appreciated the complimentary bikes, which we used to explore the nearby rice fields and restaurants. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist center, but still within easy reach of both the town and the beach. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our future visits to this city.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The villa had a nice big pool with plenty of room to move around and a beautiful garden area. It was conveniently located near the local market and just a short bike ride or walk into Old Town. There were also great restaurants within walking distance. The villa was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we wanted. The staff were welcoming and took good care of us, and the rooms and pool were clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hoi An.
